Abstract

Development is an effort made by the government to create a prosperous and prosperous society. As one of the functions of regional development, planning has a vital role in ensuring the success of regional development performance. Bappeda is a designated institution and functions as a coordinator in the implementation of regional planning which also coordinates sectoral plans in the region. This study aims to determine and analyze the realization of performance achievements and work plan budget of the Bangka Regency Regional Development Planning Board in 2019 Quarter II. The use of data in analyzing is a work plan; the strategic plan; performance and budget targets and realization of performance and budget targets of the Bangka Regency Regional Development Planning Agency's 2019 work plan Quarter II. The variables in this study are the realization of performance achievements, budget realization, and work plans. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis by describing the realization of performance achievements and the work plan budget of the Bangka Regency Regional Development Planning Board in 2019 Quarter II. The results of this study indicate that the average level of realization of performance achievements and the average level of budget realization of the work plan of the Bangka Regency Regional Development Planning Agency in 2019 Quarter II received a very low predicate (SR).
