Pengaruh Kemudahan Persepsian, Kepercayaan Persepsian, Dan Risiko Persepsian Terhadap Niat Penggunaan Qris Dalam Transaksi Pembelian Offline Dan Online Pada Generasi Milenial Di Kota Pangkalpinang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease, perceived trust, and perceived risk on the intention to use QRIS in offline and online purchase transactions in the millennial generation at Pangkalpinang city. The research method used in this study is a quantitative methode. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling method. The data used are secondary data and primary data.The results of this study indicate that variables of perceived ease and perceived trust have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS. This is because perceived ease and perceived trust are important factors in influencing the acceptance of technology by users. The results of this study are supported by the TAM theory which explains that perceived ease is related to intention to use a technology. Perceived trust is a critical factor in shaping intention to use technology. If users have high trust in the technology used, then a user tends to have a stronger intention to use technology. Meanwhile, the risk variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the intention to use QRIS, while the perceived risk variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the intention to use the QRIS because the perceived risk does not have a significant impact on the intention to use the QRIS.
