This research is motivated by the suboptimal performance of employees, a prevalent issue in government institutions. To address this, management needs to understand the factors influencing employee performance. The study aims to investigate and analyze the influence of Job Training and Career Development on the performance of Civil Servant at Dinas Pariwisata Kebudayaan and Kepemudaan Olahraga Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
This descriptive research utilizes a quantitative research method with a simple size of 65 respondents selected through saturation sampling technique. The data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicat that job training does not significantly affect employee performance, while career development significantly affect employee performance. Simultaneously, both job training and career development variables have an impact on the performance of civil servants at Dinas Pariwisata Kebudayaan and Kepemudaan Olahraga Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
