Implementasi Visi Misi Dalam Capaian Akademik Non-Akademik Pada Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Bangka Belitung

Referring to the problem of this research phenomenon, the effectiveness of the implementation of the vision and mission of the Bangka Belitung University Management Study Program is crucial in influencing academic and non-academic achievements in higher education and also the level of understanding of the academic community of the implemented vision and mission. The purpose of this research is to ensure that the vision and mission can run according to the desired description and can be realized for a better reference for the implementation of study program activities. The approach method carried out in carrying out this activity with descriptive qualitative research in the form of interview data and direct observation within the scope of the Bangka Belitung University Management Study Program, and also using the Croswell model data analysis in the form of data interpretation, reduction, and conclusions. The results of the research that have occurred show that the implementation of the vision and mission in this management study program must be very guided and support student activities, for example through courses that are aligned with students' competency fields, and achievements achieved by students and lecturers in academic or non-academic fields as well as the integration of the vision and mission relationship which is very closely related to academic and non-academic achievements if done together.
