The high turnover rate in the hospitality industry poses a serious challenge for management, as it impacts operational stability and service quality. Factors such as organizational support play a crucial role in formulating effective employee retention strategies to foster loyalty to the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and work stress on turnover intention at Hotel Novotel Bangka. The population and sample in this study consist of 49 employees of Hotel Novotel Bangka. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and processed using SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. The results show that perceived organizational support has no significant effect on turnover intention, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
