Pengaruh Potensi Daya Saing Sdm Dan Latar Belakang Pendidikan Terhadap Pencapaian Kinerja

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a key factor in achieving the goals and objectives of the organization that have been set. Organizational productivity is determined by HR performance according to educational background and potential competitiveness (competence). This study aims to analyze the effect of potential competitiveness and educational background of employees on the achievement of employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and data analysis was carried out using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the t values ??were positive at 8,497 and 0,645. The significance value of the potential competitiveness variable (X?) is 0.000 which is less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence between the potential for competitiveness (X?) on performance achievement (Y). The significance value of the educational background variable (X? ) is 0.519 greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between educational background (X? ) on performance achievement (Y). from the results of the analysis of the determination of the coefficient R Square of 0.315 indicates that there is a relationship that is not strong enough between the independent variables and the dependent variable because the calculated value of the coefficient is equal to 31.5%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.
