This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management through SWOT evaluation at CV MM Acing Jaya company located in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands. The main focus of this study is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company in the context of local retail business competition, and to evaluate how the results of the analysis are utilized in formulating the company's strategy. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the people of Pangkalpinang City as respondents. The data obtained are analyzed descriptively to examine external perceptions of the company's strategic position. The results of this study indicate that CV MM Acing Jaya has advantages in terms of distribution networks and customer loyalty, but faces significant challenges in terms of price competition and operational efficiency. SWOT evaluation provides a strong strategic basis for the company in formulating growth strategies and increasing competitiveness in the local market.
